Building Communities That Save Lives: The Role of Fitness and Shared Struggle Ft. Rich Brown.

Rich's vision is to empower young veterans to rediscover their purpose, lead service-driven ventures, and build meaningful lives beyond the uniform while helping end the suicide epidemic among veterans and first responders.

Rich Brown

Rich Brown is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, strength and conditioning coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to leadership, discipline, and service. He served eight years on active duty, leading troops in combat overseas, advising foreign military and police forces, and instructing both U.S. and international officers in areas such as leadership, tactics, hand-to-hand combat, and heavy weapons systems.

Following his military career, Rich transitioned his passion for leadership and personal responsibility into entrepreneurship. He is a leader at Honor Bound FIT, where he oversees business operations, compliance, and marketing, and also runs Leftwich Global Protective Services, providing high-level security services based in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Whether in business, fitness, or service, Rich brings intensity, discipline, and a commitment to helping others grow stronger, physically and mentally. When he’s not working with clients or leading operations, you’ll likely find him training hard in the gym, continuing to embody the mindset he teaches.
