Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for navigating high-stakes legal matters while making the law more understandable and approachable.
Danny serves as Chair of the American Bar Association National Institute on Class Actions, the nation’s leading nonpartisan program dedicated to class-action law for attorneys, judges, and academics. He is also deeply committed to shaping the next generation of legal professionals, teaching class-action litigation at the University of Michigan Law School and Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and previously teaching complex litigation at Columbia Law School.
