Ron Cooper is a retired Air Force fighter pilot, founder of The Cooper Culture, keynote speaker, leadership trainer, personal performance coach, mentor, and co-author of the best-selling book DISCover Your Team's Potential. His journey began in a small town in Montana, where a young man who once felt dumb, awkward, and invisible discovered, through the influence of four key mentors, that words and belief can change the entire trajectory of a life. That discovery fueled his perseverance through college and Air Force pilot training, earning him the F-4 pilot slot he had once been told he could never achieve.

Over more than 30 years of active duty Air Force service, Ron accumulated extensive combat mission experience and command leadership, leading organizations of 200 or more people across high-stakes environments where critical thinking and team cohesion were not optional. That experience now forms the backbone of his speaking and coaching work, where he draws on real combat stories to illustrate leadership principles that are just as applicable in the boardroom as they are at 30,000 feet.
