Robb Fahrion is the Co-Founder and CEO of Flying V Group, a full-service digital marketing agency he built from the ground up in 2016 alongside his brother, Tyler Fahrion, and best friend Brennan Smith. Starting with just $15,000 in the bank, the three bootstrapped what is now a 34-person operation headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, with in-office team members hailing from South Africa, Israel, Russia, and all over the United States. The team also boasts a remote infrastructure that leverages expertise from Canada, South America, India, Africa, and the Philippines.

In their ten-year run, they've grown Flying V Group to a multi-million dollar ARR company while remaining fully independent and wholly founder-owned. Before building a marketing agency, Robb took an unconventional path, coaching high school football in California, where he competed at the state championship level. It was that experience, combined with the limitations of working for others, that pushed him to bet on himself. Today, Flying V Group has served 450+ clients across industries like healthcare, finance, automotive/mobility, real estate, CPG, hospitality, and waste/renewable energy, with Robb also active as an angel and seed investor through Fahrion Group Investments, backing companies like Sauz, Social Somm, Sekur, and Endera Motors.

Flying V Group has been recognized by the Orange County Business Journal as a top agency, and Robb was also recently nominated for their Excellence in Entrepreneurship award. His insights have been featured in the LA Times, Yahoo Finance, Forbes, and many other premier publications. Robb regularly participates as a guest lecturer at his alma mater, Chapman University, as well as in local university relationships with Loyola Marymount University and Concordia University.
