David J. Hrizak is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and strategic leader with decades of experience across the office, retail, industrial, medical, and residential sectors. Since beginning his career as a commercial real estate broker in 1995, he has built and led multiple ventures focused on investment, development, and property management, participating in transactions exceeding $400 million. Known for his creative deal-making and strong negotiation skills, David has consistently delivered above-average returns for investment partners while developing and managing high-value real estate assets.

Over the years, he founded several companies, including Investment Property Consultants, Burzak Investment Group, and Streamline Construction & Development, enabling him to oversee projects from acquisition and development through construction and financing. Beyond his professional work, David is actively involved in community service and volunteers as Chairman of the Board of Oakwood Creative Care, a nonprofit supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. He lives with his family in Mesa, Arizona.
