Hi! My name is Carolyn Thomson Twaddle and I'm so glad you're here! I currently live in Austin, Texas. Before that, I lived in Washington state and before that in Spain.I have four grown children and nine grandchildren, and family is really important to me! I also know firsthand that life isn't always easy.

​I know the demands of being an entrepreneur, the stress and responsibility of being a single parent, the pressures of financial hardship, and what it's like to live with chronic pain and compromised health.If you were to ask me what my superpower is... it's the calming effect that I seem to have on people.

Eventually, though, I began to discover a recurring theme and to make some vital connections between what I'd been learning... and what I was reading in the Bible.

What this looked like for me? Well, I discovered that I'd been contributing to much of my own chronic stress and physical exhaustion without even realizing it
